At Salamander Wellness and Yoga Studio, we believe the ancient techniques of yoga and meditation are invaluable for our mental and physical health. 


Whether you're looking to lower your stress-levels, boost your fitness, or try something new, we've got you covered. We offer a variety of yoga classes, workshops, reiki, sound baths, and community-focused events to help you grow, adapt, and flow through your life. 

Why the Salamander?

Although they may not fit everyone’s definition of “cute,” these tiny creatures are among some of the most resilient, and most sensitive, creatures on the planet.


As amphibians, Salamanders are able to breath on land and in the water. Some species spend their entire lives in the water, but others prefer a variety of terrains. Their skin is permeable, meaning they rely on cooler, wetter areas to maintain their body temperature. 



With different species all over the world, Salamanders range from 3-feet-long to mere centimeters, and display a variety of skin colorations. As an added testament to their adaptability, Salamanders are able to regrow their lost limbs and tails. They display a variety of body shapes and sizes–with and without functioning limbs and tails–just like humans (well, minus the tail.)


The name Salamander, stems from the ancient Greek naming of the animal as salamandra or “fire lizard.” It was believed Salamanders had the power to withstand flames and the creature is often associated with symbols of elemental fire and the powers of rebirth and transformation.

The Studio

Our Studio

Located in the historic downtown of Milton, Pennsylvania, our studio is tucked along the the banks of one of the world's oldest rivers. Our interior incorporates natural elements of wood, stone, and fire with lush greens and natural accents to cultivate a tranquil atmosphere and enhance your yoga experience. 


Grow your flow, your way.

There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all yoga class. That's why we offer a variety of class styles and individual training plans, so you can find what fits you. 

Our team of certified (YA-RYT) yoga instructors have specialized training in trauma-informed language, anatomy, physiology, as well as unique professional certifications to help you find the flow that fits your needs.

A space for being.

Our studio is a space for being. Whether it's being in your body, being in a community, or being in the present moment. 


We know how difficult it can be to find space for yourself. The studio offers a unique space away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, allowing you the time and space to destress, to regulate your nervous system, and to just be.
