FAQ
Q: Are aerial classes included as part of my studio membership?
A: No, due to the limited number of spots, additional costs, and additional work associated with aerial yoga, our aerial yoga classes are not included as part of our regular studio memberships or class passes.
Q: Do I need to bring or wear anything special for aerial?
A: We ask that you remove any jewelry and avoid wearing perfumes or lotions to prevent damage to the fabric. Any comfy clothing that you would normally wear to a regular yoga class is fine. Some individuals find wearing a T-shirt helps make the fabric more comfortable during inversions. Additionally, some individuals prefer to wear gripped yoga socks for aerial classes.
Q: Are there any medical considerations for aerial yoga?
A: Yes. We always recommend checking with your doctor prior to starting any style of yoga so they can advise you based your own medical history. Of particular note, aerial yoga is not recommended for individuals with glaucoma, vertigo, high/low blood pressure, extreme motion sickness, pregnant individuals, or those who have had recent botox injections.
