Private Yoga Sessions
We offer private one-on-one yoga sessions and private group yoga (maximum of 4 people).

A private yoga session allows the yoga instructor to provide individualized feedback and come up with a plan based on the client's needs. Depending on the client and their goals, we may recommend multiple sessions and design a yoga plan. The first private session (1-hour) often involves discussing the client's goals and unique needs, especially if the client's goal involves a health-focused plan or if the client is using yoga in tandem with other medical or wellness programs.

Private yoga sessions are great for beginner's, individuals with unique needs, individuals who do not feel comfortable in a group class, individuals looking to grow their practice or work towards a specific goal, and individuals who are preparing or recovering from a medical procedure.
