Weekly Classes

To sign-up for a class, click "register." You'll be directed to the MindBody site where you can register. If it's your first time, please "create an account" in MindBody, as the booking feature will not work until you have a MindBody account.

Monday

Hot Yoga
6:00pm–7:00pm

A sweaty, detoxifying vinyasa class designed to get your body moving. This class will warm up and build to a peak pose and cool down with slow stretching. We recommend dressing in layers, bringing a towel, and a bottle of water.

Tuesday

Mindful Movement*
7:00–8:00pm

Move mindfully in a way that works for you and your body. In this all-levels class, you'll focus on alignment, subtle body movement, and synchronizing your breath and body to regulate your nervous system and ease into a state of rest.

Wednesday

Candlelit Yin Yoga*
7:30-8:30pm

Take it slow and be supported as you release tension, stretch, and explore your edge in this Candlelit Yin Yoga Class. Yin Yoga is proven to relieve physical pain and increase "happy hormones" in the brain, all while promoting significant increases in flexibility. Great for those looking for a quiet, more meditative practice.

Gentle Flow*
11:00am-12:00pm

A gentle flow focused on easing into stretches, moving mindfully, and exploring new asanas with softness and ease. This is an all-levels classes and is very beginner-friendly.

Slow Stretch & Restore*
6:00pm–7:00pm

Need a reset? Got a case of the Sunday Scaries? This gentle flow will incorporate techniques from myofascial release, restorative yoga, Yin yoga, and a bit of vinyasa movement to help you stretch and open your body, slow down your busy brain, and be ready & refreshed for the week ahead.

Chair/Beginner Yoga*

An accessible approach to yoga that includes full body support. Build strength and maintain your mobility and flexibility all with the support of a chair. Great for yogis with sensitive knees, unique mobility needs, or those looking to try something new!

Yoga for Every Body*

An all-levels class focused on alignment, movement, and exploration of poses. . You decide where you and your body want to be in each pose using any or all the props you'd like to make the movement or stretch right for you!

Power Vinyasa
5:30pm–6:30pm

An energizing vinyasa flow designed to enhance joint and muscle strength and offer a few fun challenges along the way! Great for yogis looking to grow their practice or anyone who likes a challenge!

Mobility Flow*
6:00pm-7:00pm

Focus on activating key muscle groups and mindfully moving in this all-levels yoga class focused on enhancing mobility and promoting flexibility. You might even learn a few fun anatomy facts along the way!

Beginner/Level 1 Flow*
5:30pm–6:30pm

If you're new to yoga or want to build on your foundations, this is the class for you! Each class will focus on foundational poses and alignment and teach you how to adjust or use props to make the asana feel right for you & your body. Ask questions, laugh, and feel your progress as you grow your flow!

Mixed-Level Flow
9:30am–10:30am

Explore your practice and find your way into new poses! Through a bus-stop style teaching, props, and options, you can choose what options work for you as you explore new poses and discover new ways of moving, being, breathing–and having fun!
